Round bars
Round bars - is one of the most popular products profiled metal today. The circles are made of stainless steel of various grades of stainless steel, but they all have the common characteristic, such as high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance and durability, aesthetic appearance of the final product. All these qualities make stainless steel circle indispensable in many industries.
Terms of stainless steel (bars) is a rolling round of various diameters. Basically, these products are presented in the form of rods in length from 2 to 6 m diameter circle of 15 mm can be supplied in bars and in coils.
There are two types of stainless steel circles - calibrated and hot. Calibrated circles - the circles are obtained by cold rolling or drawing of hot-rolled steel. Calibration - this is an additional surface treatment, which makes the terms more precisely in size.
In terms of precision stainless steel can be:
For the most accurate calibration use an additional grinding or polishing the surface. To make the product ductility and hardness, the range can be subjected to heat treatment. It also allows you to extend the use of the product and enhance its physical qualities. Calibrated loops are made with a diameter of 45 mm and have a bright shiny surface.
Hot-wheels are manufactured with a diameter of 350 mm and have a dark surface. Additional surface treatment and hot-rolled circles (diameter up to 90mm) improves the accuracy of the method of drawing the cross section and improves the quality of the surface. Hot-rolled wheels are strong and are used for the manufacture of various products and designs in the industry.
At present it is difficult to find an area where it had not used stainless steel circle. It is widely used in engineering, Valves, instrumentation, machine tool, construction and architecture, in the petrochemical, food and medical industries.
